Why “Tabbouleh”?

Because it is the most famous Lebanese traditional dish, a symbolic dish by the diversity of its ingredients. Personally, I like to see it as “Perfection in a plate”, It’s a delicate harmony of colors, nutrients, flavors and texture.

Here, science and art join together to teach us about food, its way of production and food safety issues.
